This is not a reading.
In this 60-minute session, we will use spiritually guided Internal Family Systems (IFS) to gently explore the subconscious parts of you that may be keeping you stuck, repeating patterns, or holding you back. Together, we will bring awareness and compassion to these parts so the underlying narrative can begin to shift. As these inner dynamics become clearer, they create space for more aligned thoughts and behaviors.
If you are ready to break cycles at the root rather than talk about them, this session is designed to help you access deeper subconscious insight and initiate real change. At the end of the session, we will also identify practical steps you can take to integrate what was revealed.
