What to Expect in a Reading with Me
When you book a reading with me, I become your oracle. You’ll prepare your questions and when we sit down together, it will be as if you’re having a direct conversation with your spirit team! You will drive the reading with your questions so please feel free to dig as deep as you’d like, ask follow-up questions and even push back when you don’t like an answer you receive! Together, we will identify what supports forward movement on your life path and what may be draining your focus. This is not a reading. It’s deep inner work.
In this 60-minute session, we’ll use spiritually guided Internal Family Systems (IFS) to gently explore the subconscious parts of you that are keeping you stuck, repeating patterns, or holding you back. This process helps you meet those parts with compassion, shift the narrative, and clear space for more aligned thoughts, choices, and behaviors. If you're ready to break cycles at the root, this session is for you. *Please note* that this session is best suited for individuals who have experience connecting to and processing their emotions. If you are emotionally blocked, this session can still benefit you, but you may find the process frustrating.
